Escape from Password Hell with PhoneID

posted by naomaru - Jun 13 07 - from swik.net

We all live in the password hell - we need to remember so many passwords and type them often. Desktop login, e-mail, online banking, news site, SSH, VPN ... The list goes on. We cannot remember them and end up writing them down or use the same password everywhere. PhoneID tries to change that.

aalok: This is soo cool given the fact that a cell phone is almost a ubiquitous device these days. It's going to be interesting to see what you do with iPhone.

haruna: This is such a cool product! It is difficult to remember all the passwords especially since different sites require different limitation on the password (no special characters, at least one number etc...). I locked myself and needed to call the customer service several times. If you have PhoneID, you will never get into this trouble!

apexmarketing: Why not save the emails you get when you register at a site in a folder for user/pass? Look up your info as long as you can remember your email user/pass.
